Our state-of-the-art facility houses advanced CNC lathe 4-axis mill-turn capabilities and CNC milling centers ranging from 3-axis to 5-axis, allowing us to machine parts up to 50”x20”x24” workspace across 4 mills. We offer comprehensive fabrication services, including welding, metal brake operations, and sawing with a maximum diameter of 10”. Additionally, our 3D printing capabilities feature the Ender 5 Plus, supporting prints up to 13.7” x 13.7” x 15.7”.

To ensure complete precision and quality, we provide a range of secondary processes such as anodizing, plating, electropolishing, black oxide, and polyurethane encapsulation. With a 25,000 sq ft ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 Rev. D registered facility, MIL-STD capabilities, and top secret clearance, NVision is equipped to handle the most demanding projects with unmatched accuracy and reliability.
